{"id":1545,"date":"2023-04-27T16:25:52","date_gmt":"2023-04-27T14:25:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spsympo23.pwr.edu.pl\/?page_id=1545"},"modified":"2023-07-07T14:50:46","modified_gmt":"2023-07-07T12:50:46","slug":"how-to-register","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/spsympo23.pwr.edu.pl\/how-to-register\/","title":{"rendered":"How to register"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SPSympo-2023 will be held in parallel with the <a href=\"https:\/\/acoustics.org.pl\/konferencje\/osa2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OSA-2023<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/acoustics.org.pl\/polger2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PGSCA2023<\/a> conferences. Registration for SPSympo-2023 in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conftool.net\/spsympo2023\/\">Conftool<\/a> system&nbsp;also allows to attend all sessions of these conferences.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>AUTHOR REGISTRATION GUIDELINES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings <strong>only if<\/strong> the registration payment for at least one of the Authors is received and correctly processed by 12 June 2023, and the Author will attend the Conference to present his\/her paper.&nbsp;If the paper is submitted to the YSC Contest &nbsp;the first Author of the paper should present the paper by himself\/herself. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Link to register<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conftool.net\/spsympo2023\/\">https:\/\/www.conftool.net\/spsympo2023\/<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you already hold an account in the <a href=\"http:\/\/conftool.net\/spsympo2023\/\">ConfTool<\/a> system, log\u00a0in with your user name and password under &#8220;Registered Users&#8221;. To start the registration process, please click on &#8220;Register as Participant&#8221; on the overview page of your ConfTool account, and then follow several steps of the registration process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To register for <strong>tutorials<\/strong>, log in, and you should see the main pane. Booking and payment should be done directly at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Sandra hotel (which is the conference venue <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sandra.karpacz.pl\/en\">https:\/\/www.sandra.karpacz.pl\/en<\/a>) or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>any accommodation place from many available options in Karpacz &nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.karpacz.pl\/accommodation?ibn=1\">(accommodation selection)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the Sandra hotel: the cost of one night stay in a double room is PLN 222 gross (~50 EUR). The surcharge for a single room is PLN 80 gross (~20 EUR) for one night. These prices and the feasibility of booking the accommodation in Sandra hotel are guaranteed with a CODE-NAME:<strong> SPSympo2023<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hotel fee includes accommodation, buffet breakfast, and a parking space. Check-in begins at 15:00 (3 PM) on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the day of departure. On the day of departure, luggage storage facilities will be available until the time of your leaving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>These prices also apply if you decide to arrive earlier before- or stay longer post-conference.
