The Possibility of the SPSympo-2017 Conference Fee Waiver

We are pleased to announce that – thanks to our Sponsors – the Conference Organizers are able to cover the conference fee costs of the citizens of Georgia and CIS countries (Ukraine, Belarus, Moldavia and others).

Who is entitled to a conference fee waiver?
A person who fulfils all four cumulative conditions:
  • - A student or PhD student under 35,
  • - who is a citizen of Georgia or any of the CIS country,
  • - who is the first author of the paper submitted, and
  • - who will be a speaker at the SPSympo-2017.
What is covered by the fee waiver?

Please note that this exemption is only from the conference fee, but it does not cover the costs of board and accommodation, which remain a responsibility of the participant. As this exemption is a subject to resource availability, the qualification for the fee waiver will be based on a first-came first-served rule.

If you are eligible for the fee waiver under the above conditions, please, put forward this information by e-mailing at sps2017@ise.pw.edu.pl. In the heading of this e-mail a remark ‘applying for the fee waiver’ must be mentioned.

The full acceptance of the paper is subject to a condition that AT LEAST ONE AUTHOR registers and pays the conference fee until 30 June 2017.


Conference and Accommodation Fee SPSympo-2017 (12-14.09.2017)

Accommodation

This year conference will be held at GUS Training Center in Jachranka, near Warsaw http://cbies.stat.gov.pl (only in Polish).

The price, including accommodation and three meals per day, is:

  • 95 EUR /pers./single room/night,
  • 55 EUR/pers./double room/night,
  • 45 EUR/pers./ triple room/night.

When making your SPSympo-2017 accommodation arrangements, please, keep in mind that a number of single rooms is very limited in the conference venue.
If you need a single room, please, confirm its availability at sps2017@ise.pw.edu.pl BEFORE making your payment.

During SPSympo-2017 two social events are planned in the evenings, both in a form of the gathering by a bonfire.
The Conference Guests who will NOT stay in Jachranka (and therefore would not cover costs of accommodation during SPSympo-2017) are advice to take into account the following costs:
  • lunch – 10 euro/day
  • lunch & social event (grill evening) – 30 euro/day
Total cost of 3 lunches and 2 social events in 12-14 Sept. 17 is 70 euro.

Please, be advised that a single invoice for Full Conference Fee, including both the conference participation and accommodation charges, will be issued when one payment is made. If you need separated invoices, please, indicate it under Title of transfer of your payment data.

Istnieje możliwość opłacenia przelewem kosztów uczestnictwa w konferencji wraz z zakwaterowaniem w złotych polskich. W tym celu należy skalkulowaną wg powyższych stawek kwotę w euro przeliczyć na złote zgodnie ze średnim kursem NBP obowiązującym w dniu poprzedzającym dokonanie płatności i przelać ustaloną w ten sposób kwotę w złotych na konto konferencji.
